When the client approached us right after their 2021 holiday season, they had just wrapped up a December peak with $42.5k in ad sales. However, their average monthly ad sales prior to our partnership were only $26k, indicating that there was significant room for improvement in their advertising strategy.

Our Approach

 

1. Account Cleanup & Campaign Restructuring:

In our initial audit, we discovered a variety of underperforming ads and scattered keyword targeting. Our first task was to clean up the account by:

 

• Pausing low-performing campaigns.

• Restructuring ad groups for better product targeting.

• Optimizing keyword bids and adding negative keywords to eliminate wasted spend.

 

2. Data-Driven Analysis and Campaigns:
